Patient Interaction & Support: Greet and assist patients at the front desk or over the phone. Handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings. Guide patients regarding hospital policies, procedures, and services. Address and resolve patient concerns, ensuring a satisfactory experience. 2. Patient Coordination & Follow-ups: Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient needs. Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, test results, and feedback. Maintain patient records and update them in the system as required. 3. Customer Service & Patient Satisfaction: Ensure a compassionate and patient-friendly environment. Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve services. Assist in resolving grievances and escalate unresolved issues to higher management. 4. Billing & Documentation: Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment processing. Verify insurance details and facilitate smooth transactions. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. 5. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and confidentiality guidelines. Keep up to date with industry best practices to enhance patient care services.
