ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Two positions available. One at Hyderabad and one at Vijayawada location. Responsibilities include Patient Service Coordination for both positions. Work involves -- handling incoming patients for lab services, preliminary counseling, doctor communication, report delivery, Lab Management System data entry, patient and doctor calls, inquiry handling, etc. At Vijayawada office, role includes phlebotomy and sample pickup. Working hours : 10:30am to 7:30pm, or 9am to 6pm CANDIDATE PROFILE Candidate with 2-6 years of experience working at Laboratories or Hospitals in similar positions. Others with experience in customer care or front-office handling may also apply. DMLT or MLT would be preferred. For Vijayawada position, MLT or DMLT is mandatory.
