Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks. Conduct performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Monitor budget management, controlling costs while maintaining revenue growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry (hotels & restaurants). Strong understanding of budget management principles and practices. Excellent cost control skills with ability to analyze data effectively. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
