Payroll Analyst

Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE The Payroll Associate will be in Bangalore, India and perform a wide variety of payroll processing activities for India, Australia, Singapore, Dubai other global location as assigned. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and management including consolidation of payroll input, validation, and further share with payroll vendor Validation of output (paysheet and tax sheet) and timely disbursement of payment Full and Final settlement Validation and timely payment of Statutory liabilities such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax Vendor management PO creation on Syteline Query handling related to payroll, ESIC, PF, Income Tax, Investment proof, NPS etc. Act as a main point of contact for payroll related matters Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience Preferred Minimum 4-6 years of experience in handling payroll related activities Proven experience in payroll execution in multi-national environment A strong ability to perform calculation in a dead-line driven environment Any Graduate Skills and Abilities Expert India payroll knowledge. Knowledge of income tax Advanced knowledge in Excel
