Job Description

Role & responsibilities Payroll Processing & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees. Maintain compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Handle payroll reconciliations, deductions, and benefits administration. Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll software. Assist in payroll system upgrades, testing, and implementations. Automate and optimize payroll and HR data processes for efficiency. HR Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and payroll data to provide meaningful insights. Create dashboards and reports on workforce metrics, compensation trends, and employee costs. Support HR teams with predictive analytics and workforce planning. Identify trends and recommend improvements in HR operations. Audits & Compliance: Prepare payroll reports for internal and external audits. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in payroll records. Address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll issues. Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in payroll processing and HR data analytics. Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG). Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and PowerPoints Hands-on experience with HRIS and data visualization tools. Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards .
