Payroll & Compliance Executive (Men Only)

Job Description

Job Overview : We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Payroll Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fresher who has completed their graduation in 2021 or later and has a strong interest in payroll and compliance. Experience with NATS (National Automated Payment System) and NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) is a plus. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain exposure to payroll processes, compliance checks, and related activities. Key Responsibilities : Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations, policies, and procedures. Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees. Maintain accurate payroll records and assist in audits. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes in relation to payroll compliance. Monitor and manage NATS (National Automated Payment System) transactions and ensure timely payments. Assist in the administration of NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) if applicable. Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely responses. Prepare reports related to payroll compliance and assist in audits. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations. Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in any field (Graduation in 2021 or later). Basic understanding of payroll systems and compliance standards. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and other payroll-related tools/software. Knowledge of NATS and NAPS is a plus (training will be provided). Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and regulations. Preferred Qualifications : Internship or any relevant experience in payroll or compliance roles is a plus. Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
