Job Title: Payroll Executive / Sr. Executive Industry: Facility Management / Staffing Company Location: Sector 74A, Gurgaon Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Payroll Executive / Sr. Executive with experience in payroll processing and compliance for supplied manpower. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a facility management or staffing company and possess strong knowledge of PF, ESI, LWF compliance applicable to payroll. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: End-to-end payroll processing for supplied manpower, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement. Compliance Handling: Managing Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) compliance. Data & Documentation: Maintaining employee payroll records, including attendance, deductions, and statutory filings. Tax & Statutory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to applicable tax regulations, labor laws, and government policies related to payroll. Employee Query Resolution: Address payroll-related concerns, discrepancies, and compliance issues for employees. Coordination: Liaising with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Reporting: Generating payroll reports for audits, management review, and regulatory submissions. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in finance , HR, Accounting , or a related field. 2+ years of experience in payroll processing & compliance within a facility management or staffing company . Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, LWF compliance . Proficiency in MS Excel / Payroll software . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with large-scale manpower payroll .
