We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll, Compliance, and Audit Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling payroll accounting, ensuring labor compliance, reconciling ledgers, and assisting with audits and management information systems. Key Responsibilities Manage payroll processes, including processing payroll, calculating wages, and ensuring timely payments Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations Reconcile payroll and ledger discrepancies Assist with internal and external audits Generate various management information system reports Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in payroll accounting and compliance Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations Experience with ledger reconciliation and audit procedures Proficiency in MIS reporting Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Show more Show less
