Job Description

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, Gratuity, etc.). Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies related to salary, tax deductions, and benefits. Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursements and related financial reporting. Ensure process of Full & Final settlements, Annual provision and TDS Reports. Maintain and update employee records related to payroll, attendance, leave and resignation. Address employee queries related to payroll, taxes, payslips, and deductions. Generate and review payroll reports for internal and external audits. Assist in the implementation of payroll software upgrades or transitions. Maintain confidentiality of payroll information at all times.
