Track and ensure timely delivery of collaterals to end users. Work with external partners to ensure the successful delivery of promotional materials. Develop a deep understanding of the loyalty program and target audience to drive engagement. Maintain and generate reports on operational data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, external partners) for timely delivery of marketing materials. Proactively handle situations and provide timely resolutions.
