Job Description: 1. Design, Develop and Implement RPA solutions using Pega Robotics Studio (OpenSpan tool), in accordance with standard design principles. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their business needs. 3. Develop bug-free code with a good Guardrail score (95% or higher). 4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability. 5. Deploy and monitor RPA solutions, along with troubleshooting & resolving issues in production environments 6. Creating and maintaining Solution documentation 7. Participate in full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. 8. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards Domain Knowledge: 1.
