Job Description

Key accountabilities P&O contact for assigned business area of responsibility. Supporting with P&O needs, requests and projects, and routing more strategic requests to the appropriate P&O BP and/or P&O Global Function as necessary. Serve as an advisor to leaders in the respective country/site/division on matters related to the employee life cycle. Provide guidance to client groups to plan effective on-boarding and in-boarding for new and transferring employees. Plan and conduct new employee orientation. Addressing employee questions and concerns related to P&O policies and benefits Behaviors Expected Ability to make decisions and exhibit sound and accurate judgment to make timely decisions Ability to handle changing priorities Must be able to embrace a sense of urgency, innovation and resourcefulness Clear communication skills, capable of clearly conveying HR policies, procedures, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including management and employees. This includes active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in P&O consultancy, while also pragmatically addressing real-world complexities.
