About the Role Are you passionate about enhancing employee experiences and driving operational excellence in HR? We are looking for a People Experience (PX) Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to seamless and efficient processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Onboarding Support Manage end-to-end onboarding, including pre-onboarding, day-one activities, and post-onboarding assistance. Track upcoming joiners and ensure all documentation is in place. Initiate and oversee background verification checks. Coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding. Assist new hires during their first quarter. Travel Administration Handle employee travel requests in compliance with company policies. Maintain travel management tools and issue travel insurance. Generate and analyze travel reports for management. Vendor Payment Management Plan and manage vendor-related expenses. Process invoices and ensure timely payments through SAP. Report monthly accruals for vendor-related costs. Employee Document & Data Management Maintain and update personnel files. Manage employee data for medical insurance, external training, and assistance programs. Process Improvements and Automation Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation. Collaborate with automation teams on efficiency-driven projects. Employee Life Cycle Management Oversee probation tracking, leave administration, and exit processes. Respond to employee queries efficiently. Who You Are A detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of HR operations and PX processes. Skilled in managing end-to-end HR operations within a dynamic, global environment. A team player who enjoys mentoring and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills. Qualifications Masters in Business Administration or equivalent. 4 to 8 years of experience in HR operations. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook . Experience with SAP, Power BI, or automation tools is a plus. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
