Job Title: Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant Location: PAN INDIA Job Type: [Full-Time] Experience Level: 3 to 8 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PeopleSoft development, customization, integration, and support. The role requires collaboration with functional teams to ensure the optimal performance of PeopleSoft applications and to meet business requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft applications (HRMS, FSCM, Campus Solutions, etc.). Work on PeopleTools (Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Component Interface, Workflow, etc.). Design, develop, and implement customizations, enhancements, and upgrades . Develop and manage interfaces and integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, Web Services, etc. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of PeopleSoft applications. Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and support for PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and fixes . Ensure compliance with security, data integrity, and system architecture standards. Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) . Prepare and maintain technical documentation and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: [X+] years of hands-on experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant. Strong proficiency in PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, etc.). Experience in PeopleSoft Fluid UI, WorkCenters, Pivot Grids, and Dashboards is a plus. Knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning techniques . Experience in PeopleSoft security administration and role-based access controls . Understanding of nVision, SQR, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools . Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and change management tools . Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Preferred Certifications: Oracle PeopleSoft Certified Specialist (preferred but not mandatory). ITIL or PMP certification (a plus). Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field .
