This role is critical in monitoring driver performance, optimizing dispatch operations, and ensuring smooth logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for performance metrics, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage scheduling and dispatching efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Driver Performance Monitoring: Oversee and analyze the performance of US drivers, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational goals. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to assess driver efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to drivers to enhance their productivity. Develop and implement strategies to optimize driver performance and operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Dispatch & Coordination: Schedule and coordinate tasks, routes, and deliveries to optimize dispatch operations. Maintain real-time communication with drivers, teams, and customers to track and update shipment status. Resolve dispatch and operational issues promptly to avoid delays. Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries or concerns efficiently. Skills & Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and dispatch tracking tools . Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with drivers, teams, and clients. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and dispatch operations is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field .
