Job Title: Performance Management System (PMS) Executive Location: Panipat Job Type: Full Time Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Head Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) , ensuring seamless execution of performance evaluation cycles. Develop, implement, and maintain performance appraisal policies and procedures . Work closely with department heads and HR teams to ensure KPIs and goals are effectively communicated and aligned with organizational objectives. Provide training and support to employees and managers on performance management tools and best practices . Monitor and analyze performance data , generating reports and insights to support decision-making. Assist in the design and execution of employee development plans , ensuring high performance and career growth. Address employee queries and concerns related to performance assessments, feedback mechanisms, and goal setting . Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices in performance management. Recommend and implement improvements to the PMS to drive continuous performance enhancement and employee engagement . Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support a culture of high performance and accountability . Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR analytics tools.
