Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid advertising, data analytics, conversion rate optimization, and ROI-driven strategies to maximize brand growth and customer acquisition. Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance-driven channels . Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools to track KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CAC . Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve conversion rates. Optimize marketing funnels, retargeting strategies, and bid management to enhance campaign efficiency. Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising features, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while maintaining brand consistency. Requirements: Bachelors degree in any discipline. 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon PPC, and other paid media platforms . Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and CRM tools . Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and audience targeting . Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and email marketing is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment . Preferred candidate profile Experience in e-commerce, or D2C brands . Understanding of programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing . Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms
