Job Description

Position Title: Performance Marketer Salary: 35,000INR to 45,000INR Location: Malad, Mumbai Type: Full-Time We are looking for a data-driven and innovative Performance Marketer to spearhead digital advertising efforts across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will leverage analytics, optimization strategies, and creative approaches to drive measurable business results, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and execute high-impact campaigns while maintaining a keen eye on ROI. Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI, making real-time adjustments as needed. Strategy & Optimization: Conduct audience segmentation and identify growth opportunities. Implement A/B tests for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to optimize performance and increase conversion rates. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports to communicate results and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad content is engaging and aligned with the brand. Partner with the product, content, and analytics teams to develop strategies that align with company goals. Innovation & Growth: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and integrate them into campaigns. Explore and test new advertising platforms and tools for scalability and growth opportunities. Requirements:Education & Experience: 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar platforms. Skills & Attributes: Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Data Studio. Strong understanding of PPC strategies, retargeting, and conversion tracking. Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Bonus Skills: Familiar with good creatives to help the production team in ideation.
