Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Ahmedabad. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This includes managing paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. The Performance Marketer will also be tasked with analyzing campaign performance data, conducting A/B testing, and providing actionable insights to improve ROI. Collaboration with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives will be a key part of the role. Qualifications Experience in planning and implementing performance marketing campaigns Skills in paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing Proficiency in analyzing data, conducting A/B testing, and drawing actionable insights Ability to collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Relevant experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Show more Show less
