This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer (E-Commerce) at Pixellab.media in Jaipur. The role involves managing and optimizing Google and Meta Ads campaigns, analyzing performance data, creating strategies to improve conversion rates, and collaborating with the creative team to enhance campaign effectiveness. The ads are run for various e-commerce products across all niches like beauty, lifestyle, health & wellness etc. Qualifications Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Marketing, and Performance Marketing skills Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns Analytical skills for interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions Strategic thinking and ability to create and implement conversion rate optimization strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Salary offered- up till 5 LPA.
