Role & responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads to generate leads. Monitor and analyze the campaign performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and optimise the campaigns accordingly. Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging content assets tailored to target audience preferences and lead generation objectives. Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Conduct A/B testing and optimization of landing pages, ad creatives, and audience targeting to maximize lead quality and conversion rates Monitor and report on Campaign performance, providing Insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement. Conduct hygiene checks by auditing and conducting mystery calls for call center agents to ensure alignment with campaign messaging and customer experience standards.
