About the Role As a Performance Marketing Associate at Altre, you will play a key role in generating qualified leads through digital campaigns. You’ll run paid media across Google and LinkedIn, drive experimentation across channels, and analyze data to maximize campaign impact. You’ll be part of a small, agile marketing team where your ideas and execution will directly shape business outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Monitor daily performance metrics and make real-time improvements Identify high-intent keywords, audiences, and targeting strategies Collaborate with content and design teams to align creative with campaign goals Report performance insights and conversion trends to internal stakeholders Explore and test additional paid channels (Meta, YouTube, etc.) as a bonus Required Experience & Qualifications 0–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Proficiency in running and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Exposure to B2B marketing is a must Exposure to commercial real estate is a plus Strong analytical and business acumen, or the ability to learn quickly Familiarity with ad platforms, keyword planning, and lead generation workflows Based in or willing to commute to Gurgaon (Hybrid: 1–2 days in-office weekly) Why Join Us?
