Job Description

Performance Marketing: Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to maximize efficiency. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Manage budgets effectively and optimize bids to achieve campaign KPIs. Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to enhance engagement and retention. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to refine campaign strategies. Account Management Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients , understanding their marketing objectives and aligning campaign strategies accordingly. Communicate campaign performance insights, reports, and recommendations to clients in a clear and effective manner. Ensure timely execution and delivery of campaign goals while maintaining strong client relationships . Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, and developers to deliver high-impact campaigns. Address client concerns, provide strategic recommendations, and identify opportunities for upselling or scaling campaigns . Requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing and account management. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms . Hands-on experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and bid optimization . Excellent communication and client-facing skills to build and maintain relationships. Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other tracking tools . Ability to translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies and deliver measurable results. Experience in running lead generation, e-commerce, and B2B campaigns is a plus. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple accounts/campaigns simultaneously .
