Job Type: Full-time Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, execute and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Manage full-funnel adsfrom audience building to retargeting. Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR). Implement tracking using UTM parameters, GA4, and conversion pixels. Analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights. Keyword research, on page optimization Mandatory Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Strong understanding of lead generation funnel and campaign setup Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking Competence in budget management, campaign optimization, and scaling Basic skills in keyword research and ad copywriting Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and data tracking Ability to monitor and improve metrics like CPA, CTR, ROAS Desired Skills: Reporting & Strategy Weekly/monthly performance reporting Competitor ad benchmarking Campaign insights & recommendations Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio (Data Studio), Excel, or Sheets Soft Skills Attention to detail Analytical thinking Time management and ability to handle multiple campaigns Communication (to explain data-backed results) Desired Qualification: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred). 1.5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads. Experience managing ad budgets of ?50,000?2,00,000+/month. Proven track record in lead generation (especially B2B/services). Strong knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and funnels. Proficient in GA4, GTM, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking. Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize for CPA, ROAS. Ability to write basic ad copy and collaborate on creatives.
