Company description: Haute Posh, my soon-to-launch digital marketing agency for homegrown fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands - is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can bring the numbers to the narrative. We’re not your average agency. We create emotional brands, moodboard-level visuals, and storytelling-led content. But we also believe reach, ROAS, and revenue should look just as beautiful. This role is part-time / freelance (remote) to start, with potential to evolve into a lead role as we scale. You’ll work closely with the founder, creative team, and our soon-to-be-launched roster of iconic brands. Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads Build and scale full-funnel ad strategies (awareness to conversion) for fashion and lifestyle clients Analyse ad data and deliver regular reports with actionable insights Collaborate with the creative team to develop performance-friendly content Recommend improvements to landing pages, audiences, and budgets Monitor trends in paid media, algorithm changes, and best practices in the D2C/fashion space Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (agency or D2C brand side preferred) Proven experience managing ad budgets and achieving ROAS targets Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics Ability to read data and turn it into creative feedback Experience working with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a major plus Knowledge of Shopify or landing page tools Obsessed with growth, experimentation, and good design?
