Manage full-funnel ads—from audience building to retargeting. Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR). Implement tracking using UTM parameters, GA4, and conversion pixels. Analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights. Keyword research, on page optimization Requirements: 1.5+ years of hands-on experience with Meta + Google Ads. Strong understanding of bidding, segmentation, landing page funnels. Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, and Excel or Google Sheets.
