What you will own As our Growth Marketer, you won’t just be running campaigns—you’ll be crafting the digital strategy that powers Loop’s growth engine. You’ll take ownership of our full-funnel marketing efforts and scale them with precision and creativity. Lead and evolve our SEO strategy to increase CTR on high-intent and brand keywords Unlock growth from medium-intent keywords where we see untapped demand Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit Take charge of the full conversion funnel—from first click to demo booked Turn our website into a high-converting asset through A/B testing and continuous UX improvement 💥 How You’ll Drive Impact You’ll approach marketing like a product manager—with a sharp eye for storytelling, data, and experimentation. Capture demand by elevating the most compelling stories, pages, and messages Create demand through targeted campaigns tailored to real use cases and pain points Translate metrics into insights, and insights into actions that drive growth Collaborate across product, content, and design to ensure everything is aligned with business outcomes 🌟 Who You Are Proven experience in B2B SaaS, especially in driving traffic and improving CTR in the US and EU markets Skilled in running and scaling ad campaigns on at least two of the following: Google (SEM), LinkedIn, Twitter, or Reddit Analytical and results-driven—you think in metrics but communicate through compelling narratives A self-starter and executor—you believe in shipping fast, learning faster, and always improving 🔁 About Loop Loop is a fast-growing company that scaled 5x in 2023 , 3x in 2024 , and is on track to double again in 2025 .
