Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads for sales. Identify and refine target audiences through market research and data analysis. Optimize campaigns to increase lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL). 2. Paid Media Management (PPC): Strategize and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and targeting to maximize conversions. Monitor ad performance metrics and make real-time adjustments for optimal ROI. 3. Organic Growth Initiatives: Develop SEO strategies for enhanced organic visibility and tra c. Create social media strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation. Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-rich and shareable material. 4. Email Marketing Campaigns: Build and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversion rates. Segment email lists for targeted communication and better engagement. Track email performance metrics and optimize for higher open and click-through rates. 5. Data Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and Data Studio to analyze campaign performance. Generate actionable insights and recommend strategies for improvement. Prepare detailed reports on campaign KPIs, ROI, and other metrics for stakeholders. 6. Continuous Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, digital tools, and competitor strategies. Experiment with new ad formats, platforms, and targeting options.
