Job Summary: As a Performance Marketing Manager at Digilantern, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition campaigns across various digital channels. Your role will involve building, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns while focusing on delivering measurable improvements in revenue, ROI, and overall business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and help develop data-driven marketing strategies. Roles and Responsibilities: Campaign Management : Build, execute, and manage acquisition campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, affiliate networks, OEMs, and DSPs to increase revenue and ROI. Data Analysis & Optimization : Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights. Continuously improve strategies based on quantitative analysis to ensure cost-efficient, high-performing campaigns. Root Cause Analysis : Identify marketing performance issues and collaborate with the MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner) and data teams to conduct root cause analysis and improve campaign performance. Reporting & Dashboards : Create easy-to-understand reporting or visualization dashboards to communicate complex data insights. This includes metrics related to the demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, brand awareness, and strategic KPIs. KPI Definition & Management : Develop new and relevant KPI metrics to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment with business goals. Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test new strategies, tactics, and innovative approaches for ongoing campaign optimization. Performance Improvement : Deliver quantifiable improvements in key metrics, such as ROI and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), across all marketing channels. Qualifications: Experience : Proven experience of 5- 7 years in a quantitative marketing role, specifically in managing performance-based campaigns across social media, affiliates, and other digital channels. Analytical Expertise : Strong background in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and communicate them to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Campaign Building : Demonstrated success in building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a focus on driving ROI and performance improvements. Communication Skills : Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain data-driven results and strategies. Project Management : Strong project management abilities, ensuring the successful execution of multiple campaigns in parallel and meeting deadlines. Education : A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
