Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact paid media campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads to generate quality leads and maximize ROI. Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and implement data-driven optimizations to scale results. Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting to enhance campaign efficiency. Own the media budget allocation, ensuring cost-effective spending across platforms. Work closely with the content & design teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest Google & Meta advertising trends, tools, and algorithm changes. Collaborate with internal teams to align paid marketing with business objectives and user journey insights. What You’ll Bring To The Table 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Facebook, Instagram). Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and campaign tracking tools. Proven ability to optimize ad spend and drive high-quality leads. A data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance reporting & analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
