We are shaping a new era at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet- e-commerce and social media. Team and Investors Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. Users are tired of spending hours browsing humongous catalogs on eCommerce marketplaces just to find a single piece of apparel they like. They need curation, and they need trusted reviews - which is what Wishlink is bringing with the help of content creators. Wishlink is at the forefront of this change, enabling users to shop in an easier and more exciting way. Immense Scale In just 3 years of existence, Wishlink is used by over 900k users daily to discover and shop products online. This number has grown over 3x in the last 4 months. Growth Opportunity We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 200cr. We are working with over 10,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more. Wishlink presents an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space, have the chance to work at an emerging consumer-tech startup and be an integral part of this dynamic journey. What would you be doing? Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other ad networks with a focus on app installs, conversions, and user activation Full-Funnel Tracking: Set up and manage ad platform tracking (Meta, Google), define conversion events, and monitor funnel performance from impression to retention Take Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign and business-level data to generate insights, optimize spends, calculate CACs, and improve ROAS Tech Setup & Optimization: Work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate tracking implementation via MMPs (AppsFlyer, Branch, Singular) and server-side setups Experimentation: Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing experiences to improve performance metrics Reporting & Dashboards: Build dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets, visualise KPIs, Google Analytics, and present performance trends and learnings Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, content, and data teams to ensure alignment across growth efforts Ownership Mentality: Drive 0-to-1 growth experiments and scale up winning bets with agility and accountability Creative Bend: Help the content team finalize the creatives ( Design & Communication ) as per growth & performance experiments What are we looking for? 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for eCommerce, B2B, or content-commerce companies Deep understanding of Meta and Google app install campaigns, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies Strong knowledge of ad tech, tracking infrastructure, conversion pixels, and event-based funnels Proficient in tools (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Branch, or Singular Highly comfortable with data—skilled in MS Excel/Google Sheets and able to work with structured data to drive insights Experience working with analytics teams or querying company-level DBs to tie performance with business outcomes Strong bias for action, self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguity Experience working on 0-to-1 problems, setting up systems from scratch, and scaling them Avid Instagram shopper and always eyeing out for trying out new trends Can’t stop scrolling Instagram, watching ads, and analysing the same is your guilty pleasure Perks And Benefits We are committed to providing the best environment for you to thrive in.
