About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive high-impact digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, remarketing, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in executing ROI-focused campaigns. Role : Performance Marketing Experience : 5-8 years Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement high-performing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Display Networks. Plan and execute remarketing and retargeting strategies to enhance conversions. Design and optimize email marketing automation to nurture leads effectively. Budgeting & Performance Optimization: Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI & ROAS. A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting for continuous improvement. Implement bid strategies and automation techniques for scaling campaigns. Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and CRM data for data-driven decision-making. SEO & Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid and organic strategies. Work with developers & designers to optimize landing pages for better conversions. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats. Key Skills & Requirements: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and remarketing strategies. Strong understanding of email marketing automation and CRM workflows. Experience in Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, and attribution modeling. Proficiency in A/B testing, bid strategies, and funnel optimization. Data-driven approach with strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus. Experience in B2B/B2C marketing, SAAS, Real estate, or e-commerce preferred.
