About the Role Were hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for our clients at Zysk Tech. If youre data-driven, results-focused, and passionate about turning ad spend into measurable business growth we want to talk to you. What you will do Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Optimize for lead generation using data-backed strategies Monitor and manage budgets, scaling campaigns based on performance Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, and Looker Studio. Setting up accurate tracking and tags using Google Tag Manager. Create biweekly performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and senior managers for campaign success Tweak strategies based on performance insights to improve efficiency and CPL.
