About Job: As a Performance Marketing Specialist, he/she will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital advertising efforts across a range of platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and more. His/her expertise would directly impact our brand's/ client's brand visibility and conversion rates. We are seeking a talented professional with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing with proven track record and experience of working on international brands/projects/campaigns. Position: Performance MarketerLocation: Ahmedabad, work from office: 10 am to 7 pmReports to: Associate Director - Digital MarketingSalary Range - 3 to 5 LPA (Based On Interview) Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.Implement retargeting strategies and audience segmentation to maximize ad spend efficiency.Continuously monitor key performance metrics such as Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate.Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze campaign data and generate reports for management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.Use data-driven insights to adjust campaigns, improving results and customer targeting.SEO & SEM:Collaborate with the SEO team to improve organic search rankings and visibility.Optimize landing pages and ad copy to improve Quality Score and overall performance.A/B Testing:Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and product listings to optimize conversions.Identify and implement best practices for improving customer engagement and sales.Budget Management:Work within set budgets to maximize the impact of advertising spend and optimize the cost per sale.Allocate budgets across various channels to ensure maximum ROI.Cross-Department Collaboration:Collaborate with product, creative, and content teams to create high-performing ads and optimize product listings.Work closely with the customer support team to improve the overall customer journey and retention.Trend & Competitor Monitoring:Keep up to date with the latest trends in e-commerce and digital marketing.Monitor competitor campaigns and market developments to adjust strategies accordingly.Skills & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing (preferably in a retail or D2C environment) or atleast an international brand marketing campaign. Platforms: Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok, and other major digital ad platforms.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or other data analysis platforms.SEO/SEM Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and SEM tactics.Creative Skills: Ability to work with creative teams to develop engaging ads and optimize product listings.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising.Experience/ knowledge with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) would be additional bonus.Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate programs.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Certifications in relevant advertising platformsShould have in-depth knowledge of Google Tag ManagerIn-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Excell and other analytics tools. This position typically requires someone who is highly motivated, analytical, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to continuously optimize and improve campaigns.
