With strong ambitions to scale via digital channels, we’re looking for a *Performance Marketing Specialist* who can drive our online growth across platforms like Facebook, Amazon, and Google. What You'll Do * Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across *Facebook, Instagram, Amazon Ads, Google Ads*, and more.* Drive *online sales, customer acquisition, and **improve ROAS*.* Manage and optimize *Amazon listings*, keyword strategies, and paid ads for better visibility and conversions.* Analyze data, prepare weekly performance reports, and suggest actionable growth strategies.* Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.* Coordinate with internal teams for creative assets and landing page optimization.* Efficiently manage media budgets and scale successful campaigns. What We're Looking For * 4–5 years of hands-on experience in *performance marketing* (preferably with D2C brands or FMCG products).* Deep understanding of *Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), **Amazon Ads, and **Google Ads*.* Proficient in tools like *Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central*, etc.* Strong analytical and ROI-driven mindset.* Bachelor's degree in *Marketing, Business, or related fields* (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).* Experience with platforms like *Shopify* is a bonus.
