We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts. Urja Digital is expanding team with a Performance Marketer who turns clicks into customers for our diverse client base of local businesses. Responsibilities: • Create and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms • Transform data into actionable insights for local businesses • Scale what works and fix what doesn't • Help restaurants fill tables, gyms gain members, and coaching centers enroll students, and multiplies revenues for small businesses • Collaborate with graphic designer and content writer to create well-polished and high performing ads for ourselves and clients Qualifications: • 1+ years experience in digital performance marketing • Data-driven decision maker • Creative problem solver • Passionate about local business success We're not just building campaigns.
