Job Title: Performance Testing Location: India (On-site) Role Responsibilities Develop and execute performance test plans.Conduct load testing and stress testing on applications.Utilize JMeter for performance testing scenarios.Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.Collaborate with development teams to resolve performance issues.Create and maintain performance test scripts and documentation.Perform root cause analysis for performance-related issues.Monitor application performance in real-time.Provide recommendations for application performance improvement.Ensure compliance with performance testing best practices.Participate in design reviews to assess performance requirements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of performance testing tools.Prepare performance test reports and metrics.Mentor junior team members in performance testing techniques.Work collaboratively in an Agile team environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.3+ years of experience in performance testing.Strong knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).Experience with scripting languages such as Java or Python.Proficiency in SQL for database testing.Solid understanding of application architecture and deployment.Familiarity with web services and API testing.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Exposure to automation testing frameworks.Knowledge of performance monitoring tools is a plus.
