Job Title: Personal Associate in Managing Directors Office Organization: VSPMs Academy of Higher Education, Nagpur Experience: 7-12 years in a similar role Qualification: M.Com / MHA / MBA (Hospital Administration) / PG in Hospitality Management Salary: Up to 25,000 per month Joining: Immediate Job Description: VSPMs Academy of Higher Education (VSPM AHE), Nagpur, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Personal Associate to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Directors Office . The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with experience in handling executive-level responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the schedule, appointments, and meetings of the Managing Director. Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, senior leadership, and external stakeholders . Prepare and review MIS reports, presentations, and official correspondence . Assist in monitoring operational working of institutes and submit report to MD office. Assist in strategic planning, project coordination, and policy implementation. Maintain confidential records, official documentation, and minutes of meetings . Handle travel arrangements, event planning, and hospitality requirements . Monitor key administrative tasks related to hospital and academic operations . Support in audit preparations, compliance tracking, and accreditation processes . Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and administrative tools . Strong time management and multitasking abilities . Ability to handle high-pressure environments and confidential matters . Prior experience in hospital administration, education sector, or hospitality management will be an advantage.
