Job Title: Personal Secretary Location: Patna, Bihar Hiring Partner: Ubique Hire Hinge Industry: Education Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 20-30k About the Role: Ubique Hire Hinge is seeking a proactive, well-organized, and discreet Personal Secretary on behalf of a reputed client based in Patna, Bihar . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with integrity. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Coordinate internal and external communications effectively. Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records. Liaise with clients, partners, and other stakeholders as required. Assist with personal tasks and errands as delegated. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required). Experience: Freshers are invited as well as minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English or Hindi). Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
