Role & responsibilities 1. PF Role and Responsibility- Creating New UAN for first time Joining, insert UAN in case of transfer of service(PF). Update KYC details in employer & employee portal. PF withdrawal, correction & transfer form (online process). Bulk uploads of KYC & exit employees. Replies to mails & calls of clients & associates on daily basis. Digital approval of KYC, modification details & transfer claims. Supplementary calculation of PF. Maintaining tracker for UAN & exit associates. Maintaining tracker for offline correction forms & transfer cheques of trust. Prepare death case of PF Insurance Start to End. Preparing PF, upload challans. & send to respective client on every month (Prepare 30 PFchallans). Download PF ECR & Challan. Download PF TRNN & Remittance Slip. Attending to queries raised by employees in relation to PF. Prepare data as per Pf notice. Handling Death case Start to End. 2. ESIC Role and Responsibility- Creating New UAN for first time Joining, insert UAN in case of transfer of service(ESIC). Update details in employee ESIC portal. Tracker maintain for ESIC. Issuing Temporary insurance card & form 7B & 37 to every employees. Create New sub code for New location. Preparing, ESIC upload challans. & send to respective client on every month (40 ESIC challans). Download ESIC ECR & Challan. Prepare accidental Report. Attending to queries raised by employees in relation to ESIC. Prepare data for ESIC Notice. And any other related Labour Law Compliances as per the requirement of Clients
