Job Description 1. JOB DETAILS: Position Title: Provident Compliance Manager HR Reports to: Department & Division 2. Incorporated in 1995, the Company holds the exclusive master franchise rights from Dominos Pizza Inc. to develop and operate the Dominos Pizza brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. In India, it has a strong and extensive network of 1,888 Dominos stores across 397 cities. In Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, the Company operates through its 100% owned subsidiary which currently has 50 and 23 stores respectively. JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth and this creates both challenges and opportunities. While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations. Job Description : As an essential participant in the governance framework of the Organization, the candidate is responsible for overseeing inquiries related to the Provident Fund. You will take the initiative to ensure that these inquiries are addressed within the established timeframes and that responses adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Jubilant Food work in alignment to RPFC. Objective of this role. 1. Overseeing employee inquiries within established timeframes. 2. Formulating, executing, and upholding procedures and policies to guarantee that the Organization's Provident Fund is administered in accordance with industry standards and governmental regulations. 3. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the prompt resolution of employee concerns. Responsibilities: 1) Overseeing the management of Provident Fund inquiries in accordance with the guidelines established by the RPFC and the standard procedures implemented by the organization. 2) Collaborating with senior management to address and resolve outstanding employee issues comprehensively. 3) Keeping relevant tracking systems up to date and ensuring that necessary information is accurately recorded. 4) Providing management with reports on the query dashboard on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. 5) Identifying and emphasizing concerns and risks associated with query management. Preferred skills and qualification: 1) Capacity to adapt to evolving regulatory frameworks and requirements in accordance with RPFC. 2) Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities. 3) Openness to collaborating within a team setting. 4) Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 5) One year of experience in a comparable position.
