Process Engineer ( Process QC) having 5-8 years of experience and should have capability to handle the Process optimization operation. knowledge of Ball Mill with RP optimization and reduce power consumption by increasing of production. Annual Ball mill shut down planning, grinding media optimization, measure separator efficiency and flow measurement on day to day optimization. Daily stock measurement and material balance. Ensure all safety measures in working area and Zero harm. People development, team work and present results for unit benefit and fulfill KPI. knowledge of equipment trouble shooting, budget preparation, Improvement projects, Power saving initiative and strict compliance of safety standards. Professional Qualifications: - Essential: Diploma in Cement technology Preferably: B.E. /B. Tech (Chemical Engineering) Professional Experience: (specify range in yrs.) : 7-10 Years for Diploma Candidate 5-8 Years for Degree Candidate Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required) Process (Operation Optimization). C ritical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills Experience in Cement Mill with RP operation and optimization. Knowledge of operation and optimization of cement mill trouble shooting problem resolving capability. Knowledge of cement mill productivity and power optimization. SO, Safety, WCM implementation and knowledge. Knowledge of SAP production reports preparation PPQM. Knowledge of material balance during production and consumption. Good knowledge and working with Ball Mill grinding media shorting and production improvement with grinding media pattern, separator efficiency, flow measurement. Must have awareness of annual budget preparation. Capex proposal submission in system, BOQ preparation, Preparation of technical comparison and execution of Capex projects. Coordination with all department to complete the annual and weekly shutdown jobs of plant equipment. Knowledge of SAP, Kronos and Karomi system.
