Job Title: Phishing Simulation Specialist Location: Onsite Shift Timings: UK Shift (9 AM to 4 PM UK Time) Experience: 3–5 Years Hiring Partner: NurtureHRM About the Role: NurtureHRM is hiring on behalf of a leading cybersecurity organization for the role of Phishing Simulation Specialist. This role is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about cybersecurity awareness and behavior-based risk management. You’ll play a key role in designing and executing phishing simulation programs and crafting actionable insights to bolster enterprise-wide security awareness. Key Responsibilities Operate and manage phishing simulations tailored for varied organizational needs using platforms like Proofpoint or similar. Analyze simulation results to extract meaningful insights and recommend practical, risk-reducing strategies. Develop comprehensive phishing simulation reports and present findings to key stakeholders. Engage with cross-functional teams to promote awareness and ensure simulation campaigns align with business objectives. Continuously research evolving phishing and social engineering tactics and integrate them into training simulations and reports. Key Requirements: 3–5 years of hands-on experience with phishing simulation platforms (e.g., Proofpoint) including execution, analysis, and reporting. Strong understanding of phishing threats and experience in educating end-users on phishing awareness. Proficiency in data analysis using tools like MS Excel and BI platforms such as Tableau. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
