IgRole & responsibilities Conduct home blood sample collection visits with precision and care. Ensure accurate patient identification, labeling, and documentation of specimens. Maintain a sterile and safe environment for both patients and self. Follow all protocols and procedures for sample handling and transport. Communicate effectively with patients to address any concerns or queries. Uphold patient confidentiality and data protection standards. Qualifications Certified Phlebotomist with valid credentials. Either MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology), DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology), or BMLT (Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology).
