We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer proficient in Laravel, PHP, and WordPress to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and enhancing web applications and websites. You will be responsible for developing high-quality, efficient, and scalable code while collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities : Develop, customize, and maintain websites and web applications using PHP, and WordPress. Collaborate with designers and other developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code for web applications and websites. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in both new and existing projects. Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability. Implement and maintain data storage solutions, including databases and APIs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle (planning, coding, testing, and deployment). Required Skills and Qualifications : PHP Expertise : Strong understanding of PHP (4+ years of hands-on experience). WordPress Development : Experience in developing WordPress themes and plugins, customization, and optimization. Front-End Technologies : Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Database Management : Experience with MySQL or other relational databases. Strong understanding of version control systems, preferably Git. Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development. Familiarity with server management and hosting environments (e.g., cPanel, WHM, VPS). Preferred Skills : Knowledge of Vue.js or React.js for front-end development. Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Magento). Familiarity with deployment pipelines and CI/CD tools. Understanding of security best practices in web development. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization techniques. Educational Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
