Job Title: Physics Faculty Member Location: Ranchi Position Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Emancipation Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physics Faculty member to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in undergraduate and/or graduate physics courses, conducting research, and contributing to academic service and curriculum development. Key Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Physics (e.g., Classical Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Quantum Physics, Thermodynamics). Develop and update curriculum, teaching materials, and laboratory exercises. Mentor and advise students on academic and research matters. Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals. Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and university-wide activities. Maintain an inclusive, supportive, and interactive learning environment. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related field (required for university-level; Master's may suffice for school/college-level). Prior teaching experience at the high school/college/university level (as applicable). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A proven record or strong potential for scholarly research and publication. Proficiency with modern teaching tools and learning management systems (LMS). Commitment to student success and academic excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in guiding student research projects or supervising theses. Knowledge of curriculum design and outcome-based education (OBE) framework. Familiarity with interdisciplinary teaching approaches and modern pedagogies.
