Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Physics faculty to join our NEET coaching team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Physics concepts relevant to the NEET syllabus and the ability to deliver engaging classroom sessions to help students excel in the medical entrance examination.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality Physics lectures aligned with the NEET syllabus.Design and conduct regular tests, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions.Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.Develop and update study materials, practice papers, and question banks.Stay updated with changes in NEET exam patterns and syllabi.Collaborate with other faculty and academic coordinators for holistic student development.Conduct motivational sessions and mentorship to boost student morale and preparation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a related field (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., M.Tech., or equivalent, preferably from IIT's or NIIT's or any other reputed institution).Proven experience teaching Physics for NEET (at least 3 years preferred).Strong communication and presentation skills.Familiarity with NEET exam trends and question types.Ability to use digital tools for online teaching (if applicable).Preferred:Prior experience with reputed coaching institutes (like Aakash, Allen, FIITJEE, etc.).Ability to teach in both English and local language (if required).Knowledge of both online and offline teaching methodologies.
