Role & responsibilities : Key Responsibilities : Care & Rehabilitation of Ortho, Neuro, Obst, Cardio & Pulmo patients. Prepare customized therapy plan for each patient Prepare a home management plan to be followed by the patient. Ensure service excellence with high standard of customer service (reduce waiting time, no negative occurrence, proactiveness). Ensure that the maintenance of equipment happens as per desired schedule to ensure minimal down time. Maintain updated patients records. Accurate diagnosis of ailment & plan treatment accordingly. Develop good rapport with patient & physicians. Keep abreast with latest research, development & techniques in the field. Preferred candidate profile : Qualification : MPT Experience : 3+ years
