Physiotherapist Full-time | On-site – Thane About Horizon Prime Hospital Horizon Prime Hospital is Thane’s premier 120-bedded multispecialty facility. Position Overview Join our Physiotherapy team to deliver evidence-based assessments and treatments that restore mobility, relieve pain, and enhance quality of life for both in-patients and out-patients. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory evaluations; develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, gait and balance training, respiratory physiotherapy, and ergonomic counseling. Enter evaluations, daily progress notes, and discharge summaries into the hospital information system in compliance with NABH standards. Teach home-exercise programs, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term recovery. Work closely with consultants, surgeons, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure holistic, coordinated patient care. Inspect, calibrate, and coordinate servicing of physiotherapy equipment. Follow infection-control protocols, obtain informed consent, and maintain a safe, motivating therapy environment. Conduct homecare visits as needed.
