Department: Physiotherapy Location: HYDERABAD Reporting To: Head of Department / Medical Director Employment Type: Full-time / Job Purpose: To assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, disability, or aging. The physiotherapist aims to restore movement and function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury by implementing evidence-based treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and patient goals. Deliver treatments using physical methods such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and other modalities. Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and their families on conditions, rehabilitation plans, and preventive strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Ensure safe use of physiotherapy equipment and maintain hygiene and safety protocols. Participate in case discussions, department meetings, and continuous education programs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy ( BPT ) Registered with a recognized Physiotherapy Council (if applicable) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (customizable based on seniority) Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-handling skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting Preferred Experience: Exposure to [e.g., orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, sports rehabilitation] cases Experience working in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings Working Conditions: May involve standing for long hours and physical effort in assisting patients Requires a compassionate and patient-focused approach Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Physiotherapist : 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
